April Paper Pumpkin Alternate Project
The Paper Pumpkin kit for April is so CUTE!
This is a photo of the actual kit put together. Cute! But there are so many other possibilities. I’ve seen some really fun ideas on Pinterest. Below is my alternate project.
I added some Whisper White card stock that I embossed. Then I added a small heart shaker window to the pocket.
This is the outside of the card. When I got this kit, I wasn’t sure about the blue and yellow together but they look awesome!
This is the inside of the card. I think I need to add some rhinestones to the flowers to match the front. 😉

March Paper Pumpkin Alternate Project
My March Paper Pumpkin kit arrived!
These kits get better every month. And the stamp sets that come with them are super! This months Paper Pumpkin kit was intended to make cards but I decided to change it up a bit. Here’s what I came up with.
You can’t really tell from the picture but this is a treat bag/box. The card stock in the kit is so nice. Easily strong enough to make a box.
With this one I used my favorite Melon Mambo which really pops against the black.
To make these bags, I placed the pre-scored card onto my Simply Scored and scored 1/4″ on each side of the pre-scored line. Then I turned it and scored each side 1/2″. I cut up to the score marks on the small squares in the center, ignoring the pre-scored line. Added adhesive and brought the sides together. Very simple and quick! The stamped images are all from the stamps that were included in the kit (except for the small flower on the Melon Mambo one).

January Paper Pumpkin Alternative
January’s Paper Pumpkin kit was designed to make tags for cellophane treats bag which were included in the kit. Being a card maker I prefer to switch it up and re-purpose my kit to fit my style.
The kit contained enough supplies that I will be able to make several different cards. I will post them when they are finished. Thanks again for stopping by!
